Range of products. Our nine strategically located Vulcraft and Verco manufacturing facilities offer a complete range of steel roof and floor deck. The deck is accurately roll-formed in varying configurations on the most modern, high-speed roll-forming equipment available.
Material resource management. Through Nucor-owned affiliate David J. Joseph Company, Vulcraft is able to maintain a steady flow of scrap metal to feed our furnaces. And leveraging Nucor’s broad assortment of mills throughout North America, we can easily obtain domestically made bar and sheet products as needed by rail or truck. This translates to always having the raw materials needed to make the steel for your project.
Production flexibility. With nearly 685,000 tons of joist capacity and nearly 430,000 tons of metal deck capacity, we have the ability to shift production to meet your delivery needs.
